Activities: Play with cards

Another game can be the following one: we must make two groups in class with the same number of students.

One of each group is prepared to play. Later the professor will show a card with a clothes’ name. When you have read the name, you must run towards the table, where you will find cards with the drawings of the clothes. When you find the one that you look for, run very fast and leave the card in the blackboard.

If you arrive before the one from the other group, you will give a point to your group.

Activities: The game of the clothes!

Do yo kids know the game of the handkerchief? Well, if you like it, we can play its new version, the game of the clothes!

Instead of the handkerchief we will have some diferent pieces of clothing and you won't be named with a number, you'll be named with the clothes' noun and colour.

Playing that game we will enjoy ourselves and much more. It will help us learning each clothes' name and it will help us remembering the colours. We will practise some activity too, so we'll be fit.

Activities: PLAY MEMORY!!!!!

In the school, when it’s raining, we don’t go out to the play-ground. Memory is an easy, funny, amusing and economic game to play in the class.

We have to find the couples of cards: in one, the drawing of a piece of clothing and in the other it’s noun in English.

‍Normally it’s played in couples but it also can be played in small groups. This game makes us attain the knowledge about the clothes and we develop especially the memory!!!

‍A positive point of the game is that people of all ages can play: children, adults, grandparents... You will love it!!!

Boys and girls have curiosity to learn, they like learning, but with games… so much!

Activities: Magazines & newspapers.

Today I woke up so early and while I was having breakfast I was reading a lot of things. I love read magazines like "Rolling Stone", because I love alternative music, but also I want to be informed about the latest news in the world. Nowadays there are a lot of free newspapers with a lot of news to read.

However, there's not only text in magazines and newspapers. We can see a lot of photos with a lot of different styles of clothing, so, why don't make of reading all this a funny activity?

Ok, let's try to make this go on. We need a lot of magazines and newspaper, there is no problem if they are older because this means that we are recycling!

When we have a lot of photos we can try to say what people's are dressing.
